Our spa is a place of tranquility. Relaxation is the key to the success of our treatments. To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to check in and change. Arriving late will unfortunately result in the loss of time toward your service. You will be modestly draped at all times during your services. To experience the most relaxing treatment, we suggest that you disrobe completely before any body treatment services. Disposable undergarments are provided if you prefer, or you may wear a swimsuit. When reserving a service, please inform our receptionist if you have any health issues or may be pregnant. Anything else we can help you with, please to not hesitate to ask. If this is your first visit, please allow extra time to fill out your personal profile, so you can relax, unwind, and enjoy some of our other amenities. The more you achieve a state of relaxation prior to your treatment, the more beneficial your treatment will be.  We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice before a single service and 48 hours notice before weekend, multiple, or package services. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full service charge. Your reservation must be confirmed with a credit card or gift card number.  Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit Card. For personal checks, a check form must be filled out at the desk for our files. Because we do not give cash back on credit cards, all gratuity must be in a check or cash form.  Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services and treatments. If you are ever not satisfied 100%, please bring it to the Team Manager's attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.  At Designers Denn, our beverage cart is always open with an array of beverages and fruit in our main guest lobby, and light healthy refreshments in our quiet room, where you will be able to relax before or after your spa treatment. This complimentary service is offered to every client of the salon. Lunch is available to all spa guests at a minimal fee. Please ask for a spa menu when you arrive for your service.  Designers Denn provides bathrobes, slippers, and a personal locker during your visit. We also have an aromatherapy steam shower with hair and body products as well as blow dryers for your convenience. We will not be responsible for your jewelry, therefore if you need a safe place to keep it, please ask in advance. To maintain our spa environment, all cell phones must be turned off in the spa. However, if you need to be reached in an emergency, you may leave our front desk number. We will notify you immediately if needed.  Our staff's commitment is to your complete satisfaction and quality of service. It is very common for our guests to work with more than two or three professionals in a given area, for the sake of scheduling convenience and economy. Our front desk staff is committed to suiting the best personalities for you.  The spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. We do not allow access to children under the age of 12. A parent or guardian must be present or give signed consent for any body treatments given to a minor under the age of 18.  |

 Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involves heat or detoxification. If you're allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas. If you're pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that could raise your body temperature such as body wraps, steam rooms and hydrotherapy tubs.
