This means you can always have confidence and peace-of-mind knowing that you are in the hands of a skill-certified team member. You'll always have a fresh perspective and receive the highest quality service and attention. Therefore, should you need to book an urgent reservation, feel free to use the services of any team member. Our Salon staff specializes in advanced and corrective colour techniques. We frequently attend advanced training in New York, learning the most current techniques of corrective colour, tone-on-tone, low ammonia colour products and colour enhancing shampoos. All formulas and development times are carefully recorded during each visit. Please be aware that your colouring results will be most uniform if you adhere to a regular retouch schedule and use the shampoo and conditioner recommended by your stylist. Corrective colour services may require two to three visits to achieve 100% desired results. We respectively ask that clients adhere to our at-home hair care routine and that any further chemical service (perming, relaxing) be done in our salon until the corrective colour situation has been completed. Includes complimentary professional consultations, head, neck and shoulder massage, shampooing and conditioning for specific hair types, haircut, blow-dry style, and a makeup touch-up for women.
