Synergy: The Pinnacle of Excellence Workshop
Our entire staff participated in this workshop which was facilitated by Dean L. Forbes, the Business Development Manager at Redken. At this retreat, the staff learned the importance of motivation, effective communication, and commitment to education.

Redken Color Correction Class
Yoshi and Jessica attended this class. This class focused on advanced color correcting techniques. Our colorists learned to how create customized formulas for perfect results on every guest.

Color & Know Why Class at the Redken Exchange
Toni, our new colorist, attended this class in New York. She was exposed to core information that will enable them to understand the why in every situation. The focus is on natural levels, undertones, covering gray, formulation and application techniques.

TIGI Distinctive Program
Angie, our Master Colorist, attended this class. In this transitional course, cut and color combine for live demonstrations in the morning and students choose their own focus in the afternoon's hands-on studio. The cutting focus helps to develop skills through the "how to's" of combining elements from within our methodology and furthers your understanding of the "when and why's" of personalization and texturization. The color focus introduces students to innovative ways to create timeless looks and strengthen their artistic craft with foil patterns, meche use, and the dimensional results of color layering.
Redken In-Salon Color Class
All of our colorist took part in this in-salon color class. This class focused on advanced color correcting techniques. Our colorists learned to how create customized formulas for perfect results on every guest.

TIGI Modern Classics Color Class
Angie, our Master Colorist, attended this class. Modern Classics-Color aims to provide a reliable system to open up the possibility for flawless results to help build and retain a loyal clientele. Each student works hands-on through ideas in color theory, consultation, how to open up their choice of sectioning patterns, foil packets, and other techniques regularly requested in the salon.
